The Gobingoo team does not offer refunds for purchased products. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be easily duplicated, so once we distribute the released version of our software, the sale is final. You are not allowed to return the software for a refund or exchange with another one. So before buying the product, ensure that the feature you're looking for is offer by the extension. In order to develop a better understanding towards the functionality of a product, please evaluate it in our demo sites. All the products in our marketplace is available for evaluation in our demo sites, namely: demo2.gobingoo.com. The reason for refund must comply with the rationales for refund listed below:
1. If a user happens to buy the same product twice, then he/she may ask for a refund. We won't hesitate to reimburse your additional payment. For instance, upon buying a $10 product twice, we can refund you the extra $10.
2. If a product is not uploaded to a user's dashboard within 7 days of payment then he/she may demand refund.
3. If the product do not meet the features demonstrated in our demo site. However, we strongly recommend users to evaluate the products functionality properly as many confuse the feature provided by a different module/plugin to be that of the component.
