Many of the image related issues are known to have encountered because of the mootools conflict. If the mootools version used by your system and the mootools version loaded by Listbingo do not match then problems such as image-distortion, gallery addon malfunctioning etc might occur.
In order to check the mootools version used by your Joomla system, go to the frontend of your site and view the source file (Hit CTRL+U). Hit the CTRL+F command and search “mootools”.
Now on clicking the highlighted mootools text you can see the mootools version used by your system.
As the mootools version used by your system is 1.1 you need to set mootools version for Listbingo as 1.1. Go to Listbingo (backend)>Templates. Click on the default template and in the “Mootools version” option select 1.1
